In-State Freshmen

Other housing options are available. Books and supplies cost approximately $962 per year, depending on courses chosen. A reasonable budget for two semesters (August-May) would be $21,548 for an in-state freshman and $37,910 for a non-Michigan freshman. This includes an amount for personal expenses, which will vary from student to student.
