Visitor Programs for Prospective Freshmen

The Office of Admissions provides admission presentations for prospective freshmen and their families followed by a walking tour of campus. Topics covered include the admission process, academic programs, student life, university housing, and study abroad. There is also time for questions. All programs are held in the Admissions Welcome Room inside the MSU Union.

Spring programs (January- April 2012)

Monday, Friday

  • Program begins at 1:00 p.m. Walking tour of campus begins at 2:00 p.m. Walking tour will last approximately 90 minutes.

Summer programs (May- June 2012)

Monday, Friday

  • Program begins at 1:00 p.m. Walking tour of campus begins at 2:00 p.m. Walking tour will last approximately 90 minutes.

Summer programs (July- August 2012)

Monday*, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday*

  • Program begins at 1:00 p.m. Walking tour of campus begins at 2:00 p.m. Walking tour will last approximately 90 minutes.
  • *Additional programs on Monday and Friday begin at 10:00 a.m. with walking tour at 11:00 a.m.

Reservations are required for all programs. Please note that all times are in the Eastern Time Zone.
