Completing the New Student Orientation (NSO) is the final step in finishing your enrollment. You are automatically registered for NSO after you submit your Advanced Enrollment Deposit. If you have not yet submitted your deposit, you can log in to your account to complete this step. Once you have submitted your deposit, you will begin receiving communications from the NSO staff about your upcoming orientation.
Your NSO will take place in a series of five checkpoints that will occur throughout May, June, July and August.
MSU also assists families and supporters of admitted students with their transition to the University. When information about upcoming opportunities becomes available, it will be sent to admitted students who have submitted their deposit. Students can then share the information with the people of their choosing.
