Self-guided campus tours

Due to health concerns related to the novel coronavirus, MSU has canceled all in-person admissions events. As much as we would love to show you around our amazing campus, your safety is our top priority — and by staying safe, we hope to be able to come together on campus that much sooner!

While we are unable to host campus tours at this time, we know that some families may want to explore campus independently. You and your guests are welcome to undertake a self-guided tour during this time frame.

What you need to know

  • Face coverings must be worn by everyone at all times (including all faculty, staff, students, vendors and visitors), indoors and outdoors, while you are on property owned or governed by MSU.
  • All campus visitors are asked to fill out a health screening form each time they come to campus and must abide by the MSU Community Compact.
  • Due to campus restrictions related to COVID-19, it is prohibited to enter most buildings, including residence halls and most academic buildings.
  • The MSU Union remains open and has a staffed welcome desk. Stop by to pick up your self-guided tour map and welcome packet!
