Completing the New Student Orientation (NSO) is the final step in finishing your enrollment. Accepting your offer and paying your acceptance fee (previously known as the Advanced Enrollment Deposit) automatically registers you for NSO. If you have not yet completed this step, you can log in to accept your admission. Once you have paid your acceptance fee, you will begin receiving communications from the NSO staff about your upcoming orientation.
Your New Student Orientation will take place in a series of five online checkpoints that will occur throughout May, June, July and August.
MSU also provides information for families and supporters of admitted students on the NSO website. Information about upcoming family engagement opportunities will be sent to admitted students who have paid their acceptance fee.
