The following scholarships are awarded to incoming in-state first-year students for tuition purposes, pending available funding, and are contingent upon students maintaining in-state residency status. In most instances, no additional applications are required and students are automatically considered for these scholarships once they submit their application to MSU. For incoming first-year students living in the specified Michigan county
