The following admissions events give students the opportunity to see campus, ask questions about the admissions process, and learn about life as a Spartan. In addition to in-person walking tours, we also offer virtual event options for prospective, admitted and transfer students.
Attend a campus tour or a virtual freshman prospective program. Our virtual program is geared toward ninth- to 11th-grade students and offers an overview of MSU and the admissions process followed by a student-led virtual tour of MSU's legendary 160+ year-old campus.
Designed for students who have been admitted to MSU for fall semester, these programs provide detailed information on academics and curriculum, housing and the first-year spartan experience.
This admissions counselor-led virtual program includes an overview of MSU and details on transferring credits and the admissions process. Following this overview is a student-led virtual tour of MSU's campus.
Academic colleges and departments are offering many virtual resources and meetings for students and parents looking to learn more about specific programs. Visit our academic department web page to schedule a virtual appointment, attend a webinar or access supplemental information via each department website.
We know that some students and families may want to visit campus on their own. Guests are welcome to take our self-guided campus tour as an additional option for seeing campus in person.
For everything else, our admissions counselors are actively available and ready to answer any other questions and concerns you may have. To identify and connect with your admissions counselor, please visit our counselor contact page.
